張相春,研究員,博導,國家級青年人才。2014年畢業于安徽農業大學茶學專業,2019年博士畢業于中國科學院大學生物無機化學專業。主要從事茶健康應用研究。以生物活性分子茶多酚、茶氨酸和茶多糖等為對象,利用組裝化學和細胞生物學等交叉學科技術,設計新型功能食品、生物醫用和肥料遞送等材料,拓展茶功能成分在食品、生命健康和現代農業等領域中的應用。主持中組部、浙江省“領雁”計劃、國家自然科學面上/青年和中國農科院青年創新專項等項目,以第一或通訊作者在Adv. Mater, AFM, ACS Nano, JAFC和Food Chem等期刊發表論文30余篇,其中高被引/熱點論文8篇,獲第八屆中國茶葉學會青年科技獎和2023年度中國農科院十大科研進展。
